Shell Demonstration

we will demonstrate how to implement shell protection on an application using Sentinel
SuperPro dongle and it's software kit.
    open the software Toolkit and
    click "Click
    here for automatic
    shell protection"
    ...
    select the algorithm
browse to the application you want to
protect using the dongle...
specify how you will access the dongle,
from your local host or over a network or both...
you can control access to your application
by specifying an expiration date and/or an
execution count and/or specified time...
choose number of layers. each added layer provides more strength to the shell.
you can also encrypt external files—such as overlays, data files, or other file types—other than the application executable at shell time. Your protected application will automatically and transparently decrypt at run time, as needed, the files you specified for encryption. When not in use, these files are re-encrypted. If your application creates one of these files, it will be encrypted...
customize the error messages shown at
runtime, or use the default ones...
now click 'prototype now' to implement
your protection strategy and program the
dongle with it...
  • now your program is shelled and
protected with the dongle. if the
dongle is not connected to the
    computer
or the 30 days period is
finished, the program will not launch.
